In 2020, our new leadership team shifted Upshelf to a SaaS business model and, since then, it has grown exponentially. With focus, tenacity and a talented team, Upshelf has expanded from Barcelona to North America.

Why we’re here

Upshelf empowers brands to gain visibility and take control of their performance through their third-party e-retailers. The global pandemic changed the ecommerce landscape overnight, forcing many teams to rethink their online presence – particularly in CPG and OTC Pharma.

Other reporting tools were costly, time-consuming and confusing, which is why we set out to build a flexible, accessible and easy-to-understand dashboard that would be useful to multinationals as well as small local brands. 

After two years of perfecting our AI and product matching technology, we launched our dashboard, allowing our clients’ sales, marketing and digital teams to spend their time doing what they do best: planning and improving their performance. 

We built our platform based on feedback from users and are committed to listening and expanding our features to help our community thrive and adapt to the evolving ecommerce landscape.
